2. Data, purposes and legal basis
Contact and B2B forms may collect company name, VAT number, contact name, email, phone and message. We also retain the source page, browser details and a non-reversible IP hash for security and abuse prevention.
We use this information only to respond, assess a potential business relationship and protect the form. The legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in secure, organised communication. We do not use it for newsletters or advertising profiles.
3. Retention and security
Enquiries are automatically deleted after 12 months, unless they develop into an active commercial relationship or a specific legal duty requires a different period. Personal fields are encrypted at rest and access is limited to authorised personnel.
4. Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to DCP Hellas and authorised hosting/support providers acting as processors. We do not sell data or disclose it for marketing. This flow is not intended to transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
5. Cookies
This version uses only strictly necessary session and CSRF security cookies with short lifetimes. No analytics or advertising cookies are active. Prior choice will be required and this policy updated if they are added.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by emailing info@dcphellas.gr. We respond within one month after proportionate identity verification.
You may also complain to the Greek Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
7. Changes
We update this policy when actual processing changes. The current version and effective date will remain available here.
